Metalworking is the main activity of our organization.

LLC "Metalix Intech" offers manufacturing and repair of metal products of various complexity according to drawings, sketches and samples of the customer. We work with various metals and alloys - steel, aluminum, brass, molybdenum, titanium, polymers. Perhaps experimental, small-scale and serial production of parts and assemblies of varying complexity. The work is carried out both from its own material and from the customer's material. The cost of work and deadlines are determined individually.

We provide a wide range of metalworking services:                   

•     Turning and milling works on CNC machines. Production of small details on lathes (up to 16 mm).

•     Metal processing on universal lathes. Metal processing on universal milling machines.

•     Rolling, sheet processing on sheet bending machines.

•     Heat grinding. 630 mm to 2000 mm, profile grinding, round grinding of the small sizes.

•     Welding and assembly of a metalwork.

•     Cutting of sheet material on the milling equipment, the laser, plasma, a guillotine.

•     Production of springs standard and special under the order.
